Which first visit should I book?

The path closest to what brings you in. Not sure? Take a 60-second quiz or book a free discovery call.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Most people feel a brief tap, then very little. The needles are far thinner than injection needles, and you can ask me to adjust any time.

Do you use herbal medicine?

Yes. When it fits your pattern, I'll suggest an herbal formula to keep things moving between visits. It ships to your door, and it's always your choice.

Do you take insurance?

Most care is self-pay. ATRIUM is in network with BCBS of Arizona only, depending on your plan.
